I understand that participation in off-road vehicle activities, including but not limited to trail riding, staging, loading/unloading, camping, and related activities (“Activities”), involves inherent risks.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle rollover, collision, or mechanical failure 
• Uneven terrain, rocks, sand, dust, and natural obstacles 
• Weather conditions and limited visibility 
• Injury from equipment, other participants, or third parties 
• Serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death 

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in Ride Yucca Activities, I hereby release and discharge:

• Ride Yucca and its organizers, owners, volunteers, and affiliates 
• All ride leaders, sweep drivers, and participants 
• Any sponsors or partners 
• All private landowners and property holders where Activities occur 

(collectively, the “Released Parties”)

from any and all liability for injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

• My participation in the Activities 
• My actions or conduct during the Activities 
• Any damage caused by me, my vehicle, or my guests 
• 
  

I understand that certain Activities may take place on private property.

I agree to:

• Respect all property and access rules 
• Follow all instructions provided by Ride Yucca organizers 
• Accept that access to private locations is a privilege and may be revoked at any time 
• 
  

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the condition, operation, and safety of my vehicle.

I certify that:

• My vehicle is in safe operating condition 
• I carry appropriate insurance where required 
• I am responsible for any damage caused by my vehicle 

Ride Yucca does not inspect or guarantee the safety of any participant’s vehicle.

I agree to:

• Follow all directions from ride leaders 
• Operate my vehicle in a safe and responsible manner 
• Stay within the designated group (lead to sweep) 
• Maintain safe spacing and communication 
• Not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol 

I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from the ride without refund.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in these Activities.

I understand that Ride Yucca does not provide medical insurance and I am responsible for my own medical coverage and expenses.

I grant Ride Yucca permission to photograph and record video of me and my vehicle during Activities.

I authorize Ride Yucca to use such media for promotional, marketing, and social purposes without compensation.

If the participant is under 18 years of age:

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, consent to the minor’s participation in Ride Yucca Activities.

I agree to all terms of this agreement on behalf of the minor and accept full responsibility for their participation.

I understand that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of the State of Arizona.

If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

I have read this agreement carefully and understand its contents.

I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.

I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily.
